N12 Scabal Delvaux

THE HOUSE DELVAUX

Delvaux is the oldest fine luxury leather goods company in the world. Charles Delvaux founded the House in 1829. His handmade trunks soon became a success. A hundred or so years later, Franz Schwennicke introduced the first seasonal leather collections. Since the 1970s, the House Delvaux has combined its unrivalled craft skills with the creativity of world-renowned designers. This creativity led to a variety of striking new models, such as the Men's '1829' collection, as well as the use of unexpected materials for classics such as the Brillant, originally launched on the occasion of the 1958 Brussels World Fair.

Thanks to a tradition dating back almost two centuries, Delvaux has developed an incomparable expertise in the design and development of luxury leather goods. Every variety of leather in the House's rich range meets the highest quality criteria. But above all, it is the experience and passion of the craftsmen which make the real difference. It is this combination of tradition, innovation and unrivalled know-how that makes Delvaux unique.
